Separation Anxiety, Isolation Distress, Home Alone Issues

Whatever you choose to call it, it's a devastating phobia for dogs to have and for owners to live with. You feel guilty when you have to leave for work and have no idea what you'll come home to
  • House Soiling
  • Destruction
  • Anorexia
  • Self mutilation
  • Vocalization
  • Hyper activity upon your return

Separation anxiety is a panic disorder, an extreme phobia of being alone. That being said, it needs to be treated as any other panic disorder. Unfortunately, it will get worse over time if you don't intervene.

Another dog isn't going to help. Crating isn't the answer. Simply leaving your dog with a Kong isn't going to be the solution. Drugs don't complete the picture. There are many causes of separation anxiety. Genetics, re-homing, moving, the loss of a beloved family member, illness, traumatic events.

You don't have to continue to live with your dog's panic attacks.
Miss Behavior can help. Through home alone training, with the help of today's technology, you can greatly improve everyone's quality of life.

Your dog can learn to be alone and you can leave the house without worry
